Make plans to attend our last Chamber Monthly Lunch featuring an update from Boys2Men and details from our host the John Randolph Foundation.
A Different Kind of HPG Luncheon
The November HPG Luncheon will be unlike any other you’ve attended. You’re invited to step into the world of
Boys to Men Mentoring (
btmva.org) and experience the powerful work they do with young men in Hopewell and Prince George.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to
sit in circle, just as the boys do, and experience firsthand how simple acts of
intention, authenticity, and active listening can transform a day—or even a life.
Join
Warren McCrickard, Executive Director of Boys to Men Mentoring, as he leads this engaging and meaningful session. You’ll not only connect with others in a new way but also gain insight into an organization changing lives through mentorship, consistency, and compassion.
Boys to Men’s mission is to create a safe, supportive space for young men to share their feelings, build confidence, learn accountability, and strengthen communication skills. As Warren shares,
“We’ve seen young men’s lives change simply through the act of showing up authentically and consistently. I’m so grateful to welcome HPG into the Boys to Men community—you are truly welcome here.”
This month’s luncheon will be hosted at the
John Randolph Foundation, Boys to Men’s very first—and longest-standing—grantor. The Foundation deeply believes in the “boots on the ground” work that Boys to Men continues to do in the communities it serves. Take this opportunity to learn more about JRF’s programs, scholarships, and their lasting impact on our region.
